The Beginning

Reality Visions has embarked on a new kind of reality show. Sure you have seen shows about restaurants before but in this show we are showing you how to succeed and then proving that it works but providing the wining team with the reward of their labor, restaurant of their own. The show consists of teams competing through a series of tests that exemplify the things you need to know to own and run a restaurant business. Each team must consist of front of house, back of house, bar, and Kitchen managers. The teams compete at events that are co operative designed lessons with the culinary sponsor. The culinary sponsor is represents their school and supports the importance of the lessons learned by the events and shows the lesson from the best case scenario in a class room setting. The culinary sponsor also is one of the judges on the show. In the restaurant itself there will be segments of the show that show their existing skills in their individual positions as they work a a shift in the existing business just to show how they manage. The fun part of the show for the viewer is the drama that ensues on the teams during the contests and in the restaurant.
